Education and field of work: I have a BSc in computer engineering and an MBA. Currently, I am working as an HR and training manager for one of the big local companies in the energy sector in Egypt. I am also a freelance trainer for strategic management, entrepreneurship, leadership, cross-cultural communication, and interpersonal skills. https://www.linkedin.com/in/sayedeltaweeltrainer/ 

One accomplishment you're proud of: There are many accomplishments that I have been happy to achieve: delivering impactful training for thousands of people inside and outside of Egypt, in cooperation with the German GIZ, as a national short-term expert for curriculum development and delivery; starting many partnerships at Core Training and Consulting Company (http://www.core-tc.com/); and publishing my first book in 2018 in Arabic titled Your Life Story.

What about Soliya inspires/motivates you to be involved? There are many reasons that inspire and motivate me to be one of Soliya’s big family: the opportunity to learn and grow, build a network with like-minded people, make a fruitful impact with youth all over the world, and enhance my self-awareness and awareness for others. 

What can you be found doing when not working/facilitating/training? Reading, writing, and fishing.
