One accomplishment you're proud of: I am proud of my research and activist work for a couple of NGOs in Turkey, and a recently published report that I co-authored: https://www.academia.edu/42161652/Bulgaristan_T%C3%BCrklerinin_K%C3%BClt%C3%BCrel_Ekonomik_ve_Siyasi_Sorunlar%C4%B1_Talepleri_%C3%87%C3%B6z%C3%BCm_%C3%96nerileri.

What about Soliya inspires/motivates you to be involved? Seeing participants from different cultural backgrounds engage in challenging discussions while improving their critical awareness and empathy. Each semester gives a chance not only to participants but also to the Soliya team to dig deeper into the concept of identity and discover and overcome our biases. I believe the sense of community and aspiration of making a difference in the world drive many of us to come back every semester.

What can you be found doing when not working/facilitating/training? Travelling, sightseeing, and archery.
