The Facilitation Fellowship is a great opportunity to deepen your involvement with Soliya and its mission while developing practical skills in facilitation, coaching, and quality control.

To qualify, you must have successfully facilitated at least two semesters with Soliya (those with coaching or senior facilitation experience are preferred), as well as have demonstrated strong facilitation skills, knowledge of program protocols, excellent communication and writing skills, solid computer skills, and proficiency in working with Microsoft Office Suite.

Facilitation fellowships are paid short-term contracts and include either full or part time hours (20/40 hours per week) for a nine-week contract, starting date commensurate with Connect Program dates. For more information, contact Heather Harkess at
