Facilitators are central to the Connect Program as they ensure that dialogue remains meaningful and participants experience a valuable learning process.

To become a facilitator, individuals must apply to participate in Soliya's online trainings that prepare trainees with facilitation and conflict resolution skills. Training includes one semester of practicum facilitation with the Connect Program, after which facilitators are awarded Soliya’s UN Habitat endorsed certification of dialogue facilitation.

Facilitation is an unpaid volunteer opportunity. If you are already a facilitator, see below for opportunities for increased involvement with Soliya.
