Ioana is an enthusiastic andd assertive person, with an open and globally oriented mentally. She an Erasmus Project Manager for a Romanian NGO which goal is to develop a value-based society by offering an innovative non-formal learning environment for youth education. Participating in international experiences made me have a proactive attitude, taking initiatives, being able to quickly build relationships across multidisciplinary teams. I joined Soliya facilitators team back in 2021 and I am every time happy when I see the participants becoming more and more interested in having a great dialogue and improving on each session.
